Important information regarding Elos Cresco®
In recent years, the demand for Cresco products has decreased. We have now reached the point where we have decided to stop producing and selling Cresco components.
On October 6, 2017, we sent an informative letter to all our customers regarding this. You can read the letter with no country-specific information here.

If you have a Cresco Warranty Issue
Although the production of Cresco components has been concluded, we are handling complaints regarding components that have been in use for less ten years.
If a Cresco bridge breaks, in most cases what has happened is that the bridge screws have fractured. To obtain new screws for the bridge, you must complete a warranty form and submit it to Elos Medtech. After approval of the complaint, an order for new bridge screws will be created automatically. NOTE: The warranty period is not extended by installing new screws. It is the first install date of the bridge that is valid for the warranty period.
In some cases, an insert has been used between the dental implant and the Cresco bridge. If the insert is broken, the bridge might need to be re-made. In such cases, we offer the Elos Accurate Hybrid Base solution. You can read about how to use the Cresco bridge as a template for a new, milled bridge, created in a digital workflow here. Regardless of problem, the starting point of the handling process is via the complaint form below.

Elos Accurate® Warranty
In case of a product failure, we offer a 10-year-warranty of all our prosthetic components for Elos Accurate Digital Solutions. Any complaints should be sent to the place of purchase. The complaint should be sent with the failed product within 14 days from the event.

Elos Accurate® IO Scan Body
It takes accuracy and precision to create customized dental implant prosthetic constructions. In the digital workflow, the scan body together with the dental library play the leading role in obtaining consistently high precision results.
To enter the digital workflow, a scan body is required. The Elos Accurate® IO Scan Body is intended to be placed in the patient’s mouth during intra oral scanning or on the plaster model at the dental laboratory. It doesn’t matter which scanner is used, as long as you can open the scan file in 3shape, exocad or Dental Wings.

Torque ratchets – The perfect fit
Ganter ratchets are manufactured from robust, abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant material and feature an impressive aesthetic design and excellent functionality.
Furthermore, they are easy to clean and simple to handle. The ratchets can be ergonomically adjusted to individual requirements and are compatible with the various instruments and tools. The ratchets are available with and without torque function, with and without bending arm attachment, and even in one piece.
Single-piece torque ratchets
The single-piece torque ratchet is an innovation from Josef Ganter. Since it does not need to be taken apart to be cleaned, this means a considerable saving of time for preparation in practice.
It impresses with its proven high quality, a torque range of 10 to 70 Ncm and reliable functionality accompanied by an aesthetic design. The torque ratchet is available with an individualised customer logo and also with gold coating.
Torque ratchets with bending arm
Three variants of torque ratchets with bending arm with different tool connections are available. They consist of just two individual parts and can therefore be dismantled for preparation in just a few seconds.
Torque ratchets without
bending arm
The torque ratchets without bending arm offer outstanding user friendliness, as the torque can be adjusted before the intervention on the patient. If the torque is achieved during the intervention, a clicking noise can be heard and the effort decreases abruptly. In addition to the opportunity to set a specific torque, the ratchet possesses a blocking function allowing it to transfer larger torques.
The large, outlying spring keeps the spring force constant for a long time and does not change.
Ratchets without torque function
The ratchets without torque function are available in a total length of 54 mm, 71 mm or 90 mm and each offer three different tool connections. They consist of just two individual parts and can therefore be dismantled for preparation in a few seconds.
Ratchets without torque function with optional bending arm attachment
The ratchets without torque function with optional bending arm attachment can be used without a torque display or expanded into a ratchet with a torque display function within just a few second by connecting the bending arm attachment. There are four different models available with different tool connections. Each of these can currently be combined with five different bending arm attachments with a different torque range.
